I missed a day. Can I catch up?
Yes. The protocol waits for you. If you miss a day, simply resume the next time you open the app. You cannot "skip" days, but you can take as long as you need to finish the 30-day cycle.
Where is my data stored?
All your progress and written reflections are stored locally on your device. We do not have servers, and we cannot read your entries.
I deleted the app. Can I recover my data?
If you have a full iCloud Backup of your device, restoring your phone will restore your app data. However, if you simply delete the app without a backup, your journey data is permanently erased for privacy.
